Luke Clarke

Hello! My name is Luke Clarke, and I’m a certified Nutritionist and Personal Trainer.

Before we dive into why a proper diet and effective training are essential, let me share a bit about my background so you understand the experience I bring to the table.

I’m a multiple-time Jiu Jitsu medalist in the Submission Arts Atlantic League, an amateur mixed martial arts fighter trained in Muay Thai, Boxing, Wrestling, and Jiu Jitsu. I recently returned from an intense 7-week training program at the renowned Tiger Muay Thai gym in Phuket, Thailand. Alongside my passion for martial arts, I’m proud to serve as a member of the Canadian Armed Forces.

My fitness journey began in my youth, with a love for sports and physical activity. After excelling in my athletic endeavors throughout school, I dedicated myself to mastering martial arts and building not just a strong body, but an unbreakable mind. This transformation was only possible through a disciplined approach to nutrition and a well-structured training regimen.
